When you report a game, include the game title and what happened (e.g. "stuck on load at school"). We can't fix a partner's servers, but we can re-test and, if needed, remove the embed.
What we can and can't do
- Can: re-test a game, fix a guide, update a Campus-Tested flag, handle a privacy opt-out.
- Can't: change a third-party game's own servers or ads, or retrieve anything tied to an account (we have none).
Partnerships
Game partners and affiliate programs: email the address above with "Partnership" in the
subject. Note that affiliate links on the site currently ship as placeholders
(affiliateNetwork: "pending") until activated by our monetization team.
Response time
We aim to reply within a few business days. Privacy and CCPA requests are prioritized.
